I ought to look into this :) I have Robert E Howards Complete chronicles of Conan though, either way a very striking image :thumbsup:

The art is great, but I still cant understand artistes who still make pictures of Vikings with horns on their helmets? In this picture you got three warriors with horns on the helmet, if you would take them off then you would have a really nice art picture with true facts that would go perfect for the book. Also Viking dragon ships with dragon wood carved heads on them never had horns on their heads! It would be great to see more facts in art pictures then made up fiction pictures just saying.

Hi, you are right about the horns, but the characters of the stories do wear helmets with horns (Howard's fiction :). So, I think the cover is correct.

You are absolutely right. I know there weren't horns on viking helmets, nor the dragon ships. My collegue, Richard drew the basis of the picture this way because he thought it looks cooler. It's just some kind of artistic freedom, like the stuff of the Spartans in 300 or something.
